My locations are a huge part of what gives my work that clean, dreamy look. Whether it’s a tucked-away parking garage, an open scenic road, or an urban backdrop with texture and light, I chooses spots that make the car stand out without distracting from it. I farm for simple places, like empty lots or industrial areas, to turn into dramatic settings that highlight lines, reflections, and motion. And yes—I would say I'm very skilled at scouting and finding good locations, often matching the style of the car to the vibe of the background, so every shoot feels intentional and elevated.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Rainy or any bad weather conditions can add a cinematic and emotional layer to my style by using reflections, texture, and mood to amplify the car’s presence. Wet roads, car surfaces, and windows catch and reflect light in ways that create glimmers and highlights, while raindrops and mist introduce depth and atmosphere. The rain intensifies colors, making dark tones richer and highlights pop, while also softening certain areas for a dreamy, film-like quality. Beyond the visuals, rain brings emotion—mystery, nostalgia, and drama—transforming each shot from a simple car photo into a story that feels alive.
