I'm Booker, the person behind the camera.
I'm based in San Antonio, Texas, yet also available for work outside of North America.

Hi, I’m Booker, a San Antonio-based photographer with a passion for capturing automotive beauty. My journey began at just 15 years old, when I picked up a camera for the first time at a local car show. I never imagined that this one spontaneous moment would spark a year-long—and counting—pursuit of automotive photography.
That first attempt was rough and unfamiliar. The lights, the angles, the speed—it all felt overwhelming. But with each click of the shutter, I found myself completely captivated. I practiced relentlessly, learning how to work with natural light, slowing my shutter to panning cars, and experimenting with angles to bring out the best in every vehicle.
Over the past year, I’ve grown from awkward first shots to deliberate frames that tell a story. I strive each day to sharpen my technical skills—mastering exposure, composition, and the post-processing workflow in Lightroom and Photoshop. It’s been a journey of trial and refinement, and I owe a lot of progress to studying established photographers and communities dedicated to automotive imagery.
Photography isn’t just a hobby—it’s a discipline and a mindset. Every morning I wake up eager to learn something new, whether from stunning captures online, tutorials, or experimenting at meets and shows. My goal is not just to take pictures, but to evoke emotion: the gleam of polished metal, the rumble of an engine about to roar, a sense of movement frozen in time.
Looking ahead, I’m determined to level up. I want to build a standout portfolio, collaborate on shoots with car owners and local enthusiasts, and use every opportunity to push creative boundaries. Eventually, I hope to turn this passion into a calling—whether it’s freelance automotive work, editorial features, or gallery exhibits.
